Assignment
The workshop consists of a 2 hours-practice session, introduced by a brief presentation on the basic principles of clothes making and Fashion design.
With easy tools and rapid techniques like cutting, slashing, pleating, and draping fabric, each student will be composing a complete outfit of one or several pieces of their creation.
Working as a duo, each student will design an outfit to be worn by their partner. Each duo must think and develop their two outfits in coordination, creating a mini-collection.
The process and the design choices must be visually documented and explained in terms of the transformation of function and aesthetics.
You have until before the next session to finalize your outfit.
