Your Very First Assignments
Do some housekeeping on your (Ecologyofforms) blog. Create a new section for Material(In)formation in it and post the blog address at this link, it’s essential that we can clearly see each exercise in a separate menu for evaluation.
Housekeeping
Buy the following items ASAP and start experimenting with them
1. Arduino Kit (Make sure it includes the Ultrasonic Distance Sensor before buying)
2. Sensors
3. Servo Motor
Start doing basic Arduino tutorials to familiarize yourself with the microcontroller and sensors.
Preparations for next week
Make sure to have Rhino + Grasshopper on your laptops or use the ones in the Computer Lab to do the tutorial indicated below.
Watch the Basic introduction to Grasshopper and bring the completed exercises with you for evaluation.
Make sure you install the following plugins as well:
1. Lunchbox*:
*Note: Mac users have to download the latest .zip version from the link above, unzip then put the Lunchbox folder in the Grasshopper folder
